Battle of the Bands is a live performance event where contestants dress up as their favorite artists and perform as them, blending music, costume, and spectacle into a high-energy experience.

As photographer and creative director, my role was to capture the energy of the performances while creating visually compelling portraits of the participants. The goal was to elevate the event beyond standard documentation and give attendees imagery that felt dynamic and memorable.

One of the main challenges was identifying an appropriate location to set up lighting and equipment while working within the constraints of a live event. Developing a unique lighting approach that enhanced the performances and resonated with guests required quick problem-solving and adaptability. The final images reflect the creativity, personality, and excitement that defined the event.
